Companies may apply to join the SMART Group SA as Corporate Members.
Corporate Membership pertains to any one company at one address. Members are
required to nominate one named individual as the SMART Group SA contact. The
fee, determined annually by the Steering Committee, is R 2000.00 per annum as
from January 1 2007. Individuals who have no specific corporate affiliation may
also apply for corporate membership. |
Individual membership is available to any individual wishing to receive
electronic mailings of SMART products and services whilst being admitted to
seminars and workshops at member rates, however, this membership only applies to
that single individual within any organisation. Other company members would be
charged out at non-member rates applicable at the time of any event or service.
The fee for individual membership, determined annually by the Steering
Committee, is R 300.00 per annum as from January 1 2007. |
Student Membership is open to all engineering students in the last two years
of an approved electronics manufacturing degree course. Student Members will
receive Individual membership benefits and will be entitled to attend any
meeting or purchase SMART Group SA merchandise at normal member rates. The fee,
determined annually by the Steering Committee, is R 120.00 per annum as from
January 1 2007. |
